Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake Bliss

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 can pineapple rings, drained
