Yoghurt Cheesecake Delight

 

Yoghurt Cheesecake Delight is a delectable and creamy dessert that combines the tanginess of plain yoghurt with the sweetness of condensed milk. It features a delicious layer of crushed tennis biscuits as its base.

Ingredients:

– 1 liter plain double cream yoghurt

– 1 tin condensed milk

– 200g tennis biscuits, crushed

Instructions:

1. Press the crushed tennis biscuits into an even layer at the bottom of a deep microwave-safe dish.

2. In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the plain double cream yoghurt. Carefully pour the mixture over the biscuit base, smoothing the top.

3. Microwave the dessert on high for 5 to 6 minutes until it sets.

4. Once set, refrigerate the cheesecake until cool. Then, slice and serve.
