Instructions:
Prepare the Ground Beef:
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until it’s thoroughly browned. Crumble the beef with a spoon as it cooks.
Drain any excess fat. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Mix in the chopped onions and continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat.
Ready the Tortillas:
Place the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Smear a thin layer of both ketchup and mustard over each tortilla.
Assemble:
Divide the seasoned beef mixture evenly among the tortillas. Top with both types of cheese and the crumbled bacon.
Roll and Cook:
Roll up each tortilla tightly. Slice into 1-inch pieces, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
Warm a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or oil. Place the roll-ups seam side down, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the cheese melts and the tortillas turn golden brown.
Serve:
Enjoy these savory roll-ups warm, served with extra ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.
