Ingredients

Pork ribs: 2 racks (about 4 pounds or 1.8 kg)

Hoisin sauce: 1/4 cup (60ml)
Brown sugar: 1/4 cup (50g)
Honey: 1/4 cup (60ml)
Rice vinegar: 2 tablespoons
Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
Ginger: 1 tablespoon, grated
Sriracha or hot sauce: 1 tablespoon (optional, for heat)
Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
Five-spice powder: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon

For Basting:

Honey: 1/4 cup (60ml)
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
Hoisin sauce: 2 tablespoons

For Garnish (optional):

Sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon
Green onions: 2, thinly sliced
