Instructions:
Prepare the Steak Bites:
In a bowl, combine steak pieces with garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak bites in a single layer and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Shrimp:
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and black pepper. In the same skillet used for the steak, cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, thyme, and rosemary. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine and Serve:
Return the steak bites and shrimp to the skillet, tossing them to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through. Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled on top.
