The fluffiest waffles in the world!
When I got my waffle maker a few years ago, I was very excited to FINALLY make homemade waffles. But what was my disappointment to find that my waffles tasted, uh, cardboard. I tried another recipe afterwards, it was a little better, but it was not what I was looking for. So you can imagine how thrilled I was to find a fluffy waffle recipe!

I ate it twice, and each time I stuffed myself like I would never eat waffles again in my life. In short, this recipe is a success! My friend Adrian found the ideal formula by testing several waffle recipes and creating ZE recipe. So thank you Adrian, the waffle eaters of the planet are grateful to you 🙂

This recipe is made in 2 parts. The first, in the evening before going to bed. The second, in the morning when you wake up. Ingredients – 8 large waffles
A (Prepare the night before)
-3 cups white flour
-2 cups of milk (a little hot but not too much!) as Adrian would say warm but not hot
-1/2 cup softened butter
-1/4 cup of white sugar
-2 c. instant dry yeast
-1 C. salt

B (Prepare in the morning)
-2 eggs
-2 c. vanilla essence
-1/4 tsp. baking soda
