The EASIEST Eclair Cake – The perfect no-bake recipe!

Ingredients :

  • 2 (3.5 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 3 c milk
  • 1 (16 oz) pkg graham cracker squares
  • 1 (16 oz) pkg prepared chocolate frosting

Directions:

  • Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add the milk, whipped topping, and pudding mix. Stir until well mixed.
  • Step 2: Add the graham cracker squares on the bottom of a 13×9-inch baking pan.
  • Step 3: Spread ½ of the pudding mixture on top of the layer of crackers.
  • Step 4: Add another layer of crackers over the pudding mixture.
  • Step 5: Top the crackers with the rest of the pudding mixture.
  • Step 6: Top everything with the rest of the graham crackers.
  • Step 7: Frost the cake all over.
  • Step 8: Place the cake inside the fridge for about 4 hours to chill.
  • Step 9: Serve and enjoy!

Note:

  • Make sure to chill the cake first for about 30 minutes before adding the frosting.
