The EASIEST Eclair Cake – The perfect no-bake recipe!
Ingredients :
- 2 (3.5 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 3 c milk
- 1 (16 oz) pkg graham cracker squares
- 1 (16 oz) pkg prepared chocolate frosting
Directions:
- Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add the milk, whipped topping, and pudding mix. Stir until well mixed.
- Step 2: Add the graham cracker squares on the bottom of a 13×9-inch baking pan.
- Step 3: Spread ½ of the pudding mixture on top of the layer of crackers.
- Step 4: Add another layer of crackers over the pudding mixture.
- Step 5: Top the crackers with the rest of the pudding mixture.
- Step 6: Top everything with the rest of the graham crackers.
- Step 7: Frost the cake all over.
- Step 8: Place the cake inside the fridge for about 4 hours to chill.
- Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
Note:
- Make sure to chill the cake first for about 30 minutes before adding the frosting.
