Tender Baked Chicken in Honey Mustard Glaze

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and brush generously with the honey mustard mixture, coating both sides.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear, basting halfway through with the pan juices.

Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end to caramelize the glaze.

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
