4 8oz T-bone Steak
2 each Garlic clove finely chopped
1 tsp Red pepper flakes
2 tsp Kosher salt
2 tsp pepper
3 whole Lemon zested then juiced
⅛ cup Dry sherry
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and finely chop garlic
Zest the lemons and juice them. Then mix with garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and oil.
Brush the steak with the lemon marinade and refrigerate covered in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
