For the super easy cake
INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
5 tablespoons melted butter
5 heaping tablespoons of brown sugar
1/2 cup of whole or vegetable milk
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 and 1/2 cup oat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder.

Beat all the liquid ingredients in the blender for about 3 minutes, then add the dry ones (except the yeast) and beat again until everything is mixed, add the yeast and mix again, grease a baking sheet with butter and cocoa in powder and pour the dough, bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes!
For the passion fruit cream brigadeiro:
1 recipe for fake condensed milk, (recipe in profile highlights) + 1 tablespoon butter + 4 tablespoons full of passion fruit juice concentrate (or the pulp without the seeds) stir everything over low heat until it crumbles on the bottom of the pan, when it crumbles add three tablespoons of cream and mix, reserve on a plate.
For the fake brigadeiro:
1 fake condensed milk recipe, (recipe in highlights) + 2 tablespoons cocoa powder + 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil, stir over low heat for about 10 minutes, let cool on a plate.
For the assembly:
Cut the cake into two equal parts and fill with the passion fruit brigadeiro, put the other part of the cake on top and cover it with the fake brigadeiro, it looks wonderful better than the recipe does not have!
