Instructions:

Prepare the Pasta: Boil the pasta as per the directions on the package. Once done, drain and keep aside.

Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until they turn golden brown and are thoroughly cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Craft the Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until it becomes aromatic. Introduce chopped sun-dried tomatoes, pour in the heavy cream, and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens.

Assemble the Dish: Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese into the sauce until it becomes smooth and creamy. Reintroduce the cooked chicken and pasta, stirring well to coat everything evenly with the sauce.

Final Touch: Garnish with freshly torn basil leaves and, if desired, additional grated Parmesan.
