Instructions:

Create the Cheese Mixture:

In a medium mixing bowl, blend together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
Shape the Cheese Balls: 2. With clean hands or a small ice cream scoop, shape the mixture into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter.

Bread the Cheese Balls: 3. Organize a breading station with three separate bowls: the first containing flour, the second with beaten eggs, and the third combining panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. 4. Roll each ball first in the flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and lastly, coat generously with the breadcrumb mixture.

Fry the Cheese Balls: 5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry the cheese balls in small batches until they turn golden brown and crispy, typically about 2-3 minutes. Use a slotted spoon for removal and let them drain on paper towels.
