Stuffed Cabbages – A Must-Try!

Ingredients:

  • • 2 heads of cabbage
  • • 2 lbs ground beef
  • • 3 cups cooked rice
  • • 1 egg
  • • 1 tsp garlic
  • • 1 tbsp parsley
  • • 2 slices diced onion
  • • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  • • 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • • Salt & Pepper

Preparation:

1️⃣ Boil cabbage, peel leaves.
2️⃣ Mix beef, rice, egg, garlic, parsley, onion, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup tomato sauce.
3️⃣ Roll mixture in cabbage leaves, place in casserole dish.
4️⃣ Cover with crushed tomatoes.
5️⃣ Bake at 375°F for 75 mins, then at 325°F for 90 mins, basting hourly.
