Strawberry Delight Crunch Cake

Instructions:

Combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter in a bowl. Firmly press half of this mixture into the base of a springform pan to form a crust.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream cheese with sugar until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Gently fold in the heavy cream that has been whipped to stiff peaks.

Pour half of the creamy mixture over the prepared crust and smooth it out. Layer the sliced strawberries evenly on top.

Warm the strawberry jam slightly to make it easier to drizzle, then spoon half over the strawberries.

Repeat the layering with the remaining cream mixture, strawberries, and jam.

Finish by sprinkling the rest of the graham cracker crumbs over the top.

Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours, or until it is firmly set.
