Smoked Jalapeño Popper Chicken Bombs
Ingredients:
10 thin boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pound hot Italian sausage
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
⅓ cup green onions, sliced
10 jalapeños, halved and deseeded
36 ounces bacon (about 3 packs)
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon black pepper
BBQ sauce, for glazing
