These Sliced Baked Potatoes are Hassleback-style cooked. This signifies that they haven’t been baked yet. They are sliced vertically from top to bottom. The single potato can be prepared in a variety of ways.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes, washed and scrubbed
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

  • Fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme (optional)
