Simple pineapple ice cream a delicious dessert

We will start by preparing the pineapple compote by cooking the diced pineapple with the sugar over medium heat, until the syrup reduces, becomes shiny and takes on a yellow color.
How to make pineapple ice cream?

Ingredients for the pineapple ice cream recipe:
  • 2 sachets of pineapple flavored gelatin300 ml of filtered water
  • 1 cup refined sugar
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 large perola pineapple cut into small cubes
  • 2 cans of milk cream
Preparation :
  1. In a saucepan, put the diced pineapple and the sugar, then cook over medium heat until the pineapple is reduced to syrup, shiny and takes on a yellow color.
  2. Add the room temperature water, which will be lukewarm due to the heat of the pineapple compote.
  3. Add the gelatins to the pineapple and mix well so that they dissolve completely.
  4. Let cool completely to room temperature to prevent the gelatin from starting to set.
  5. When the mixture is completely cold, add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing well.
  6. Add the milk cream and mix a little more to incorporate all the ingredients.
  7. Transfer the mixture to an oval glass dish (17cm x 25cm) and cover with plastic wrap.
  8. Place in the refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours before serving.
