Heat It Up:
Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
Grill: Set to medium-high.
Mix It Together:
In a large mixing bowl, toss together shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn. Add melted butter, garlic, Old Bay, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to evenly coat.
Wrap It Up:
Lay out four 12×12 inch pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Divide the shrimp mixture among the foil sheets. Top each with a lemon slice.
Seal the packets by folding the foil sides over the top, ensuring they are tightly closed.
Cooking:
Oven: Place foil packs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Grill: Place directly on grill grates and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Both methods are done when potatoes are tender and shrimp is fully cooked.
Serve and Enjoy:
Open the packs carefully to avoid steam. Optionally garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges.
