Directions:

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced ginger. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Remove from heat and garnish with thinly sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
