Sausages with Mushrooms and Baked Potatoes

Ingredients :

  • 4 sausages of your choice
  • 500 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a pan, brown the sausages until browned. Reserve.
  3. In the same pan, add the onion and garlic, brown them. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender.
  4. In a baking dish, combine the potatoes, mushroom and onion mixture, and sausages. Season with thyme, salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle everything with olive oil and bake for about 35 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and golden.
  6. Preparation time: 20 minutes | Cooking time: 35 minutes | Total time: 55 minutes
