Sausages with Mushrooms and Baked Potatoes
Ingredients :
- 4 sausages of your choice
- 500 g mushrooms, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a pan, brown the sausages until browned. Reserve.
- In the same pan, add the onion and garlic, brown them. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender.
- In a baking dish, combine the potatoes, mushroom and onion mixture, and sausages. Season with thyme, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle everything with olive oil and bake for about 35 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and golden.
