Sausage Casserole Recipe

I browned the sausages first, chopped mushrooms onion and carrots chucked them in as they were, Tin of tomatoes & casserole sachet, browned sausages in, a couple of squirts of tomato purée & paprika which I added some more throughout just to add to the flavour (personal preference) I also usually add red pepper but forgot to grab these when I went shopping! Left for around 6-7 hours on low, towards the end for last half hour while was sorting the mash I took the lid off to thicken it up .
