A salad of carrot sticks with cumin, an original, quick and inexpensive recipe.
Ingredients
400g carrots
Cumin
Preparation
Peel your carrots and cook them in salted water.
Once cooked let cool.
Cut your carrots lengthwise in half, then in quarters and then in sticks.
Put your sticks in a bowl, add a little olive oil, a teaspoon of cumin and parsley. Now your salad is ready!
You can accompany it with meat, fish or eat it as it is.
