Instructions:

Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl. Blend thoroughly.

Firmly press this mixture into the base of a 9×9 inch baking dish to form your crust.

In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese until creamy. Gradually blend in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Incorporate the lemon juice and continue mixing until the mixture thickens.

Gently fold in the drained crushed pineapple and shredded coconut.

Evenly spread this creamy filling over your prepared crust.

Garnish the top with additional shredded coconut.

Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours to set.

Before serving, cut into bars and top each with a chunk of pineapple for a decorative touch.
