fruit sauce:
✔️ Frozen berries 2 cups.
✔️Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
✔️ Sweetener to taste (I used 1 tablespoon of stevia).

Total per 100 grams:
Calories – 164.25 kcal.
Protein – 16.15 g.
