Quick Week Night Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

 

For Chicken

 

2tsp garlic powder

1/2 black pepper

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp cayenne

Juice of half a lemon

1 tsp salt

 

For Pasta

 

8 oz pasta

2 cups Heavy

1 and a half cup milk

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1 tsp chicken Boullion

Salt and pepper to taste

Method

 

1. In a bowl combine chicken breast, garlic, black pepper, paprika, oregano, chili powder, cayenne and lemon juice.

 

2. Heat pan with a little oil – on medium heat, cook chicken – about 4 to 6 minutes per side. Set aside.

 

3. Prepare pasta till al dente or according to package instructions.

 

4. Make sauce by heating a little oil in a sauce pan and then add garlic. Cook for about 30 sec to a minute before adding milk and chicken bouillon, bring to a boil. Add drained pasta to pan, followed by heavy cream and cheese, cook till sauce thickens up.

 

5. Cut up chicken and serve over pasta
