🍽️ Pork Chop Marinade: Flavorful Grilling Delight🍽️

 

Ingredients:

– 1/4 cup soy sauce

– 1/4 cup olive oil

– 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

– 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

– 2 tbsp brown sugar

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tsp Dijon mustard

– 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

– 1/2 tsp dried rosemary (or 1 tsp fresh, chopped)

– 1/2 tsp dried thyme (or 1 tsp fresh, chopped)

 

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme until well combined.

2. Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.

3. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, making sure they are evenly coated.

4. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally, overnight.

5. When ready to grill, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

6. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.

7. Grill the pork chops for about 4-5 mins per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium doneness.

8. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
