NOTES

Can I use Kielbasa rather than Polish Sausage?
  • You will find that when you are shopping for Polish Sausage, you will see Kielbasa. Technically, Kielbasa is the Polish term for Sausage. So you would be using the same type of meat. You could, however, use a Smoked Sausage or a Ring Bologna.
