Polish Sausage, Sauerkraut, and Potatoes

HOW TO MAKE POLISH SAUSAGE, SAUERKRAUT, AND POTATOES

  • Step 1. Pour the Sauerkraut into the crockpot, undrained
  • Step 2. After washing the potatoes and cutting into chunks, place the chunks on top of the Sauerkraut
  • Step 3. Then layer the Polish Sausage chunks on top of the potatoes

  • Step 4. In a small bowl combine the Chicken Broth with the Caraway seed and the Bay leaf, stir to mix

  • Step 5. Pour this mix over the ingredients in the crockpot
  • Step 6. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Step 7. Cover the Crockpot, turn the heat to high
  • Step 8. Cook for 4 hours
  • Step 9. Remove the Bay leaf
  • Step 10. Stir well before serving
