Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini Pasta

Instructions:

Cook Tortellini: Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

Sauté Steak: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until they become soft and slightly caramelized.

Prepare Sauce: Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream into the skillet with the onions and bell pepper. Stir well and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked tortellini and the sautéed steak back into the skillet. Stir to combine everything thoroughly.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese on top. Let it melt for a few minutes, then gently stir to incorporate the cheese into the dish.
