Philly Cheesesteak Lasagna Rolls
Ingredients:
For the Lasagna Rolls:
12 lasagna noodles, cooked as per package instructions
1 lb (450g) thinly sliced beef (ribeye or flank steak)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese (or mozzarella)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
1 cup shredded provolone cheese (for topping)
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Cheese Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
