- 1 container Of Coconut Pecan Frosting
- ⅔ cup Oil
- 1 cup Water
- 4 Large Eggs
- ½ cup Pecans Finely Chopped
For the topping:
- 2 tbsp. Butter Unsalted
- 14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Pecans Chopped
