Instructions:

1. Mix the Base:
In a large bowl, blend the creamy peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. You can use a stand mixer if available.

2. Incorporate the Dry Ingredients:
Gently fold in the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs until fully combined and the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.

3. Form the Snowballs:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using about a tablespoon of the mixture per ball, roll them into smooth balls with your hands. Arrange them on the baking sheet and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.

4. Melt the White Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate bark in 30-second intervals, stirring between each session until fully melted and smooth.

5. Coat the Snowballs:
With a fork or toothpick, dip each snowball into the melted white chocolate, letting any extra drip off. Place them back onto the parchment paper-lined sheet.

6. Add the Finishing Touches:
If desired, drizzle more white chocolate on top of the coated snowballs using a piping bag or plastic bag with the tip snipped. Sprinkle on festive holiday decorations for added flair.

7. Set the Snowballs:
Chill the snowballs again in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes or until the chocolate has fully hardened.
