Peach and mint cake

1° Preheat the oven to 220°C.

2° Put the mint leaves in the bowl of a mixer and mix. Add the flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, yeast, butter and mix.

3° Butter a cake mould.

4° Peel 5 peaches and cut them into cubes. Flour give them fish in a bowl. Arrange half of the peaches in the mold, pour the batter, add the rest of the peaches and push them into the batter.

5° Peel the last peach and cut it into quarters to decorate the cake. In bake around 35 minutes.
