PANCAKE ROLLS

* Once the pancakes are finished cooking, let them cool well.
* Place a chocolate crepe on the work surface and place a plain crepe on top.
* Spread with praline mixed with a little Nutella and roll tightly.
* Do the same thing for the cheese and honey rolls but place a plain crepe first on the work surface and the chocolate one on top.
* Spread with a little honey and cheese then roll up.
* Cut the pancake rolls into small pieces
