Place on a dish and continue to cook your pancakes.
Once the pancakes are finished cooking, let them cool well.
Place a chocolate crepe on the work surface and place a plain crepe on top.
Spread with praline mixed with a little Nutella and roll tightly.
Do the same thing for the cheese and honey rolls but place a plain crepe first on the work surface and the chocolate one on top.
Spread with a little honey and cheese then roll up.
Cut the pancake rolls into small pieces.
Prick each small pancake roll with a toothpick.
Place them on a serving slate and serve.
The crepe rolls can be enjoyed like this or accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream or custard.
Ingredients

I double the following ingredients
* 250g of flour
* 3 eggs
* 1/2 liter of milk
* a pinch of salt
* 1 teaspoon of sugar, even for savory ones
* 50 g butter or 1 and a half tablespoons oil
* 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
* 100 ml of water optional gives very thin and light pancakes
* a heaped tablespoon of cocoa for the chocolate pancakes
