Pan-fried apple donuts

Step 1 :

Sift the flour, baking powder and pinch of salt into a large bowl. Dig a well in the center. Pour in the eggs and vegetable oil. Mix using a whisk. Gradually add the milk while continuing to mix.

Peel, core the apples and cut them into slices. Arrange them in a salad bowl and cover them with vanilla sugar. Book.

Stage 3:

Pour the frying oil into a large frying pan and heat. When the oil is hot, dip the apple slices into the donut batter. Dip the donuts in the hot oil.

Etape4 :

Be careful not to burn yourself. Turn the donuts halfway through cooking and let them brown well. Take the donuts out of the oil and place them on a plate covered with paper towel.
