Old Oven Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 1 can peaches, sliced, drained
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. In an 8″ x 8″ baking dish, stir together the Bisquick mixture, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Stir in melted butter.
  4. In a sized bowl, blend sugar & peaches.
  5. Pour peaches on the cobbler’s crust.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or until the crust is golden.
  7. Put vanilla ice cream on top
