Instructions:

Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the mixture is smooth and melted.

Add the Cream and Flavorings: Mix in the orange zest, heavy cream, orange extract, and a few drops of orange food coloring. Stir well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

Chill the Mixture: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for about 1 to 2 hours. The mixture should be firm enough to handle and roll into balls after chilling.

Form the Truffles: Once the mixture is firm, use a spoon to scoop out small portions and roll them into truffle-sized balls with your hands. Roll each ball in confectioners’ sugar to coat them completely.
