Naan bread: how to prepare it at home in a few steps
INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
- 600 g all-purpose flour
- 7 g yeast
- 10 g sugar
- 40 ml olive oil
- 60 ml water
- 190 g Greek yogurt
- 180 g milk
For the butter:
- 150 g of butter
- 6 cloves of garlic
METHOD
- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in lukewarm water.
- Add the flour, milk, oil and yogurt.
- Knead the dough and let it rise for about 2 hours.
- Divide the dough and form balls, give them an oval shape and cook them in a hot pan.
- Drizzle the bread with garlic butter.
