500g pack Minced beef (I usually go for one with a 10-15% fat content)
1 Oxo Beef Stock Cube
1 Large Onion, peeled and finely diced
2 Carrots, peeled and chopped into small dice
Around 400ml of beef gravy, made with bisto gravy powder OR beef stock
Salt and Pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce , Optional
