INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
Add everything in a bowl and whisk until well combined. For a better immersion, you can blend all of the ingredients for 1 to 2 minutes.
Transfer to a glass jar, serve and enjoy.
You can store the dressing in an airtight container or jar for up to 2 weeks.
