Instructions:
In a large pot, sauté the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the meat is well browned and the onions are translucent.
Stir in the chicken broth, marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer. Add the broken lasagna noodles and continue to simmer until the pasta is tender.
Ladle the soup into bowls. Top each serving with a dollop of ricotta cheese, a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella, and chopped basil.
