Well, who doesn’t love the famous Kentucky fried chicken, right? But along with it, there’s a special add-on, you will love to have the recipe of – the Coleslaw.
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise half cup
- 1 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 carrot shredded
- Yellow onion or white 1 chopped
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- 1 small cabbage shredded
- Milk ¼ cup
- Buttermilk ¼ cup
- Granulated sugar ⅓ cup
- Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp
Instructions
- In a bowl, add all the veggies and mix them.
- Take another bowl and add all the dressing ingredients and mix them well. Combine it with the veggies and keep it in the fridge for 4-5 hours at least.
- If possible, cool it overnight for the best results.
- It is ready to serve.
Notes
- You can even purchase shredded Coleslaw from the grocery store. It can be a little different when it comes to the veggies like KFC, but you will have everything ready if you are in a hurry.
