KFC Coleslaw Recipe

Well, who doesn’t love the famous Kentucky fried chicken, right? But along with it, there’s a special add-on, you will love to have the recipe of – the Coleslaw.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise half cup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • Yellow onion or white 1 chopped
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • 1 small cabbage shredded
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Buttermilk ¼ cup
  • Granulated sugar ⅓ cup
  • Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add all the veggies and mix them.
  2. Take another bowl and add all the dressing ingredients and mix them well. Combine it with the veggies and keep it in the fridge for 4-5 hours at least.
  3. If possible, cool it overnight for the best results.
  4. It is ready to serve.

Notes

  1. You can even purchase shredded Coleslaw from the grocery store. It can be a little different when it comes to the veggies like KFC, but you will have everything ready if you are in a hurry.
