Italian Cheese Breadsticks

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and get a baking sheet lined with parchment paper ready.

Roll Out the Dough:
On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet.

Add the Toppings:
Brush the dough generously with olive oil. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, and a pinch of salt evenly over the dough.

Slice and Bake:
Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into strips. Pop it into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Make the Garlic Butter (Optional):
While the breadsticks are baking, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, and chopped parsley.

Serve:
When the breadsticks are fresh out of the oven, brush them with the garlic butter for an extra boost of flavor. Serve warm and enjoy!
