Ingredients:
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1 cup Chopped Sweet Onion
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Onion Soup Mix
- ½ cup Bisquick
- 2 Large Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess grease.
- Transfer the beef and onion mixture into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
- Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheese over the meat.
- In a medium bowl, combine milk, onion soup mix, Bisquick, and eggs. Whisk together until smooth.
- Pour this mixture over the meat and cheese in the pie plate.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before serving.
