Homemade Meatball Broth

Follow the step-by-step recipe to make this delicious meatball broth.

Step 1
Put a little oil in a pan and brown the chopped onion. Brown for 3 minutes and add the chopped tomato,
stir and cook.

2nd step
After 5 minutes, add the garlic paste and stir, then add the chopped celery, stir and fry a
moment.

Step 3
After 5 minutes, add the water, bay leaves and a teaspoon of salt. Stir and let cool.

Step 4
Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the egg, pressed garlic, cumin, pepper, coriander powder,
ground pepper, maggi juice, a teaspoon of salt and rice. Mix well, form meatballs and set aside.

Step 5
When the broth has boiled for 12 minutes, add the meatballs and cook them over medium heat without touching them.
