Homemade Breakfast Bowls

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag of cubed hash browns (cooked according to package directions)
  • 1 dozen scrambled eggs, cooked
  • 1 pound fully cooked kielbasa sausage, cut into bite sized pieces ( If you are gluten free be sure your sausage is gf)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all the cooked ingredients together and stir in cheese.
  2. Serve immediately or reheat and serve.
  3. You can also freeze this in small containers and take out and reheat as needed.
