Ingredients :
–1 tomato, diced
– 2 carrots, sliced
– 1 onion, diced
– 1 bunch of celery
– 150 g green beans
– 1 cabbage, cut into strips
– 3 sprigs of parsley
– 1 teaspoon curry powder
– A pinch of salt
– A pinch of pepper
Preparation :
– Place all the ingredients in the pot
– Cover the container with water and bring to the boil
– Mix while boiling for 10 minutes
– Reduce the heat and simmer the soup until the vegetables are tender.
