This heartwarming and nostalgic soup takes me back to my happy and cozy childhood memories. Fondly known as “Hamburger Stew” in our home, my Mom would whip up this delightful dish, especially during the chilly autumn and winter months. Whether I came home from school or returned from playing outside in the cold, the aroma wafting from the kitchen was always a source of comfort.
