Hawaiian Wedding Cake with Whip Cream Cheese

Ingredients :

For cake:

  • White sugar: 1 cup
    Brown sugar: a cup
    Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
    All-purpose flour: 2 cups

  • Crush pineapple with juice: 1 can (20 oz)
    Walnuts: 1 cup (finely chopped)

  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
    Vanilla: 1 teaspoon

To freeze:

  • Cream cheese: 1 package (8 ounces)
    White sugar: 1 cup
  • Salt: half a teaspoon
    Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
    Heavy whipping cream: 1 cup

instructions:

  1. Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees and greasing a 9-inch round pan or a 9×13 rectangular tray.
