Hawaiian Wedding Cake with Whip Cream Cheese
Ingredients :
For cake:
- White sugar: 1 cup
Brown sugar: a cup
Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
All-purpose flour: 2 cups
eggs: 2
- Crush pineapple with juice: 1 can (20 oz)
Walnuts: 1 cup (finely chopped)
Coconut shelled: half a cup
Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg: ⅛ teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
To freeze:
- Cream cheese: 1 package (8 ounces)
White sugar: 1 cup
- Salt: half a teaspoon
Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Heavy whipping cream: 1 cup
instructions:
- Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees and greasing a 9-inch round pan or a 9×13 rectangular tray.
- Then you will get a bowl and mix all the dry ingredients together. Immediately mix the eggs, vanilla, and crushed pineapple with the juice until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- For the frosting, you will get a small bowl and mix the whipping cream into it until fluffy. fell apart.
